Refund policy

You have 7 days from purchase to ask for a refund, for any reason. Email nicholas@bambooconsulting.io with the address you bought with and we refund 100% to your original payment method. Your license is deactivated when the refund is issued.

Subscriptions to third-party tools (Claude, ElevenLabs) are billed by those companies and aren't covered.
